Files available through the Downloads section are provided for authorised users only. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any files obtained through this Service. We reserve the right to remove or update downloadable files at any time without notice.
Accounts are provided at the discretion of the Administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Linking a Roblox account to your site account grants access to products licensed to that Roblox identity — keep your credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke product licences, or ban your IP at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
This Service may send automated alerts to a private Discord server for security and logging purposes, including notifications of blacklist violations, login events, licence changes, and administrative actions. These alerts may include IP addresses, usernames, and Roblox identifiers. By using this Service, you acknowledge and consent to this.
This Service integrates with Discord (alerts and logging), Roblox (account and game data verification via the Roblox API), and Cloudflare (CAPTCHA verification via Turnstile). We are not responsible for the uptime, data policies, or content of these external services. Their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies apply.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MrGold3en.dev does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.
