1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MrGold3en.dev (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. However, to maintain the security and functionality of our systems (including the Whitelist API and User Management), we collect specific data points. By using this Service, you consent to the collection of:

• Connection Data: We log IP addresses and timestamps for security auditing, ban enforcement, and abuse prevention.
• Roblox Information: When using our Whitelist API, we may fetch and store public Roblox data, including Place IDs, Game Names, and Owner IDs (Builder/Group) to verify game ownership.
• Account Credentials: If you are granted an account, your username and a cryptographic hash of your password are stored securely.
• Cookies: We use session cookies to maintain your login state. These may persist for up to 30 days if you select "Remember Me."

3. Usage of APIs

Our Service provides APIs for external integrations (e.g., Whitelist Checks, Bot Heartbeats). Usage of these APIs is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not attempt to flood, spam, or DDoS the API endpoints.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to exploit the authentication mechanisms (e.g., API Secrets).
• Bot Heartbeats: Automated status reports must adhere to the configured interval (default: 10 seconds). Excessive polling may result in an IP ban.

4. User Accounts & Security

Accounts are provided at the discretion of the Administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or ban your IP address at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms, specifically Discord (for alerts and logging) and Roblox (for game data verification). We are not responsible for the uptime, data policies, or content of these external services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MrGold3en.dev makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
